Drop one tablet into a glass or bottle of still water (250–500ml), allow it to fully dissolve (approximately 1–2 minutes), then drink immediately. For best results, use daily as part of your morning ritual. Do not consume undissolved tablets.

The AM Mushroom B-Complex Shot is formulated for daytime use — it contains cordyceps, lion's mane, chaga, caffeine, and B vitamins to support energy, focus, and mental clarity. The PM Mushroom Melatonin Shot is designed for evening use — reishi, turkey tail, lion's mane, L-theanine, 5-HTP, and melatonin to support relaxation, recovery, and sleep.

Only the AM Shot contains caffeine (150mg per 60ml serving). The PM Shot is caffeine-free and contains melatonin — it is intended for evening use only and should not be taken before driving.
